PROJECT: Austin Home Renovation | Interior Design | 2025

DESCRIPTION: 3D renderings and visualization for a renovation of an existing house for a client in Austin. The client had specific requirements and loves to entertain, as seen in the expansive kitchen. There was an existing screened in porch where we demolished the walls and kept the roof structure to create a covered outdoor kitchen. The freestanding single story garage has an addition with a gameroom and roof deck above built to the maximum height to allow for panoramic views of downtown Austin. The primary bathroom is luxurious and large with a shower and tub meant for 2 people to enjoy. The client is a well known Youtuber so having an office with a nice background was a must, hence the shelving surrounding the piano with art above. Upstairs is an A Frame peaked ceiling space that we converted into a movie room. Anticipated completion is late 2025.
